Studio workspaces can invite collaborators without sharing one login. Give each person the least powerful role that still lets them do their work.
Team roles

Available actions can vary by screen; Castee enforces permissions in the API as well as the dashboard.
Invite a member
- Open Settings → Team.
- Choose Invite member.
- Enter the person’s email and select a role.
- Send the invitation.
- Confirm the member appears after accepting.
Review the member list regularly and remove access for people who no longer work with the show.
Account security
- Use your own account instead of sharing magic-link emails.
- Protect the email account used to sign in with multi-factor authentication.
- Verify domain and billing changes before approving them.
- Treat custom scripts as executable code and add only trusted providers.
- Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Ownership verification
Team access does not replace podcast ownership verification. Each podcast must still be verified through the owner address in its RSS feed before it can be published.
