Open a site and choose Edit site to launch the builder. Changes autosave to a draft, so you can experiment without changing the published website.
Builder layout
| Area | What it does |
|---|---|
| Page and section navigation | Switch pages, select sections, add content, and change order |
| Preview canvas | Shows the selected page using the current draft |
| Inspector | Edits content, layout options, links, images, and section styles |
| Top bar | Shows save state and provides preview and publish actions |
On smaller screens, these areas may open as panels instead of appearing side by side.
Edit a section
- Select a section in the page outline or preview.
- Edit its fields in the inspector.
- Choose a supported style or layout variant where available.
- Watch the save indicator change from Saving to Saved.
- Open preview to check the complete page.
The exact fields depend on the section: a hero may have a heading and buttons, while an episode list controls filtering, layout, and item count.
Add and reorder content
Choose Add section to browse the universal section catalog. Drag body sections into a new order. Shared navigation and footer sections stay consistent across pages.
See Pages and sections for custom pages, navigation, and shared content.
Theme and custom styles
Use site theme controls for colors, type, buttons, and other global choices. Creator and Studio users can apply custom CSS for advanced section adjustments and upload a custom favicon.
Preview and publish
Preview renders the site using the same publishing system as a live release. Check navigation, forms, media, desktop width, and mobile width. When ready, choose Publish to make a new version live.
