Castee combines lightweight site analytics with built-in forms so you can understand and hear from your audience without adding a full marketing platform.
View analytics
Open Analytics in the dashboard to review visitor and pageview totals, subscribe clicks, form submissions, activity over time, and performance by site. Analytics are available on all plans; the amount of history and advanced reporting may depend on your plan.
Analytics begin after the tracking script is present on a published release. Your own tests and privacy settings can affect recorded totals.
Add a form
- Open the page in the builder.
- Add a contact, listener question, survey, or guest application section.
- Edit the prompt, field labels, consent copy, and success message.
- Preview and submit a test response.
- Publish the site.
Basic contact forms are supported on Free. The unified submissions inbox and advanced submission workflows require Creator or Studio.
Review submissions
Open Sites → your site → Submissions, or the workspace submissions area. Filter by form type, review the submitted values, and archive items you have handled. Guest applications can be accepted into guest profiles.
Spam protection
Castee applies honeypots, minimum completion time, origin checks, rate limits, and server-side spam screening. Avoid publishing your private email address as a workaround; forms protect your address and provide better filtering.
Privacy
Collect only information you need. Explain how responses will be used, avoid asking for sensitive personal data, and delete submissions when they are no longer required.
