Contact support

Get help with your Castee account, podcast, website, publishing, domain, or billing.

Before contacting support

Check the relevant guide and the status shown in your dashboard:

Email support

Email support@castee.fm from the address used for your Castee account. Creator receives email support and Studio receives priority support.

Include:

  • Podcast name and public RSS URL
  • Castee site address or custom domain
  • The page or dashboard area where the problem occurred
  • What you expected and what happened instead
  • The exact error message
  • A screenshot, if it does not expose private information
  • Approximate time and timezone of a failed publish or sync

Do not send passwords, sign-in links, API keys, full payment-card details, or private form submissions.

Billing help

Use Settings → Billing → Manage billing for invoices, payment methods, and subscription settings. If a Stripe checkout or invoice fails, include the invoice date and the last four digits only if support requests them.
