Before contacting support
Check the relevant guide and the status shown in your dashboard:

- Ownership verification

- Plans and billing
Email support
Email support@castee.fm from the address used for your Castee account. Creator receives email support and Studio receives priority support.
Include:
- Podcast name and public RSS URL
- Castee site address or custom domain
- The page or dashboard area where the problem occurred
- What you expected and what happened instead
- The exact error message
- A screenshot, if it does not expose private information
- Approximate time and timezone of a failed publish or sync
Do not send passwords, sign-in links, API keys, full payment-card details, or private form submissions.
Billing help
Use Settings → Billing → Manage billing for invoices, payment methods, and subscription settings. If a Stripe checkout or invoice fails, include the invoice date and the last four digits only if support requests them.
